Only a month and a half left til Forza 4! Seems like 3 just came out. Who's excited?

When Forza 3 was about to release, I read about some of the control setups you can get. To start with, for $500 you can get Porsche wheel setup, complete with 960 degrees of wheel rotation, 3 pedals, 6 speed shifter, and pretty damn realistic force feedback. Apparently when you're in a corner or drifting , the wheel will try to realistically autocenter, the clutch pedal will let you feel where the grab is, and even the brake pedal will let you feel the sudden resistance, and pulsate when your ABS kicks in.

Or for $1500 you can get that whole setup, along with a MOVING cockpip with racing seat, mounts for the wheel and pedals, and THREE LCD monitor mounts so you can hook up three 360s and have a wrap-around view. But yes, the cockpit is on actuators and does tilt a bit in sync with the game. Not very much, maybe an inch or two on each corner. A cockpit that pivots 90 degrees would be the shit, so you could feel the accelerations and pulling G's!

VERY good game. Been dominating in Virus Tag. And the Top Gear track is a lot smaller than I imagined. No wonder people have trouble on Gambon.

Ya, I've been playing with my force feedback wheel non-stop since I bought it. Love the new graphics and some of the new challanges (like Auto-X). I am disapointed that they couldn't get the rights to Porsche though, I really wanted to drive the GT3 RS

Haven't played any online yet, still racing threw the season earning cash and figuring out which car I like the best.

I joined the MAEC one first, but then got invited to the Avenger club. I didn't realize that I can only be a member of one club Kinda lame! I requested to be part of it again......

Yeah, would be nice to join others. I saw BSS already has one. I guess it boils down to which clubs have the coolest cars to borrow. Been keepin an eye out for other MAEC folks who start playiin FM4 but so far its just us two.

Rockin the General? I've been trying to play 3 quite a bit since I can't afford the new one just yet. I have been able to get pretty good with NO assists and with the manual/clutch. It makes for some pretty interesting races, especially when you get into the higher power cars.
