My cars airbag light will be lit up sometimes and other times it won't be. I haven't been able to figure out any rhyme or reason as to why it's doing it. If anyone has any input as to why it would be on please let me know.

Is it the indicator warning lights for maintenance needed? Or passenger weight measurement for deployment reasons?

My civic does that alot depending on the weight of the person in the vehicle.
Light passengers turn the indicator light on....or bags or anything light on the passenger's seat for that matter. toddlers or children too.

De-Activating the AirBag or activating it....

Dang dude. It could be on for any reason.

You know Pulling the codes stored in the ECU for the air bag system would be the first step to diagnosing it.

It is not the passenger airbag light. I will have to get a hold of someone that can look check codes for me. thanks for the advice Matt.
