Hello fellow vehicular enthusiasts,

Just joined a few moments ago, so I'll be sure to hop to the meet/greet page and intro myself. Anyhoo, I'm a proud owner of an 02 Ranger and was wondering if someone on the boards might have an idea of what's going on w/her. During the winter, it wasn't an issue, but since it's warmed up, my ranger is squeaking something fierce. I should preface that this was also happening during the summer as well. I've taken it to 2 mechanics, one said he had no idea what the problem was, and the other (Archie Cochrane) suggested new brakes. After getting those replaced, the issue persists. The squeaking doesn't increase or decrease when I apply the brakes, and there's no noticeable grinding either. I live in the Heights in Billings, so I'd be open to suggestions regarding a good mechanic. Also, anyone have any Honda experience? But that's for a different post elsewhere.
