Thanks to Eric (f20bmt) for making me some sweet stainless intercooler piping. This is will go nicely with my polished intake manifold. Here are the pics from the work in progress, we still need to do final fitment and then weld on the fitting for the BOV and the IACV hose.

I need to get onboard with some of this intercooler piping. Planning on replacing my silicone.

Eric, let me know if you can get that done for me. Smile

^^^I am sure if he has time he would be more than happy to help you out and is always super fair on pricing. For material I had to order a two foot section of 2.75 OD tubing from aptuning.com because the local companies only had 3"OD. Shepherd Stainless had 3" and various other sizes so depending on what you need they might be able to hook you up.

I can do whatever Mike let me know how you want to handle aquiring the material. Your charge piping is rigid silicon???? if so layout will be a cakewalk! We can do stainless steel but I would like to plant the aluminum seed in your head!!! They both look amazing, aluminum is lite and runs a little cooler but the color the stainless makes when its welded is... art. Your choice. Let me know.

Its crazy how lite aluminum is. I have aluminum on the cold side and someday I need to do an aluminum hot side. The piping looks great Eric nice work. Mike's should be easy to layout since his silicone piping will make a nice template. Should look amazing if its all done like Bone's. He has nice long bends that would look sweet with all the pie cuts.

Yeah, I was thinking aluminum would be the best route, but I love the color of the steel.

well everything is all put back together and I must have had worst leaks in my old welds than i thought because the whole car runs 100 times smoother now. I fixed all my ghetto stuff from last time and the car seams really solid now (knock on wood) here are some pics of how everything turned out in the end.

The piping looks so nice I want to run the car without a bumper so it shows off! Probably will have no bumper for a few days while I get all the last little things put together but probably will start rolling the car around when it is nice and work out any kinks if there are any.
